Minecraft keeps freezing on my computer. READ DESCRIPTION!!!?

So i open minecraft and it works just fine for about an hour and then it just freezes out of nowhere so then i have to restart my computer. I don't know what's wrong. After about 3 days of this i downloaded game booster but that didnt help except make it less laggy. please help me.
